Private beaches and ocean pool. Lots of animals. Contemporary 1960s vibe but modern conveniences of course. Staff willing to take any needs on board with a smile. Buffet breakfast with lots of choices Openable windows..great if Aircon can't be turned up to a higher temp, like 26° Outside lift down to sunset restaurant or beach and pier brilliant if you're not fit enough to climb mountains The views...to die for. And pay for an upgrade the room space is amazing. Great beds. House keeping spotless The history of the hotel and location. You feel part of something special if you stop and take the time.

This hotel exudes character and history. The atmosphere and overall experience was excellent and although the hotel had a few minor repairs needed such as tiles missing on the infinity pool, but this did not detract from our .experience. The New Year buffet on the beach was amazing and the best we've ever attended. Room was large and comfortable and had a great view of the bay. The staff including the general manager worked so hard to ensure everyone has had a special night and throughout our stay he service was first class.

Excellent , the staffs , the buffet style with varieties of choice, clean , western and Asian culinaries with lots of choiced of pastries and bread too beside Asian food. The room is spacious with the beach view. Garden and the lay out is beautiful, lots of pictures hang on the wall had told us that once upon a time the hotel was a heritage International hotel and was visited with manny worlds leader..

Historic, well appointed hotel with excellent facilities and even better potential. Have a read of a history of this place, so interesting! Mad to think it was once the tallest building in all of Cambodia and now would not even make the top 100 of tall buildings in Sihanoukville! Great view from the rooms, decent breakfast. Beautiful beach pool, with an excellent sunset.

We loved the pools. The staff was very friendly and responsive to our requests. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and considerably upgraded from our prior visits. The food at the restaurant was very good as well. The beach was beautiful. We were happy with our room. It was quiet and comfortable.
